Analog Photography Since 2001
Since 2001, I have been an avid film photographer, using 35mm & 120 film to capture images all over North America. Starting in the early days with a Pentax K1000 with a moldy, hazy 50mm lens, I embarked on my analog journey - first in high school where I was involved with the yearbook, taking all photos & managing the school’s darkroom, to continuing my photographic education - moving to Southern California to attend Brooks Institute of Photography, where I obtained a B.A. in Photography & Film Production.
Now residing in Portland, Oregon - I spend my time as a photographer looking for the real. Late nights shooting neon signs in seedy parts of town, to snapping shots of the evolving city and surrounding nature - film photography is still my go-to method for capturing the moments of my life.
